1. Return Policy
1.1. A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 7 days if:
a) The product does not meet the user’s expectations.
b) Found damaged during delivery
c) Have doubt about the product quality and quantity
d) Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition
e) Is not satisfied with the packaging
f) Finds product unusable
For perishable products such as fruits, fresh vegetables, fish, meat, milk etc we have a one (1) day return policy.
We are continuously monitoring accounts of customers with excessive requests for returns and refunds. We take the necessary steps to prevent this.
1.2. A user may return any unopened or defective up to 10% or less, item within 7 days of receiving the item. But the following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:
a) Damages due to misuse of the product
b) Incidental damage due to malfunctioning product
c) Any consumable item which has been used/installed
d) Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
e) Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
f) Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
2. Refunds
2.1. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 7days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
2.2. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned after the 01/07 day return window.
2.3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 07 days, please check your bank or mfs account again. Then contact your card/bank/mfs company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@haqdaq.com or 01990069003 and follow the return process as outlined above.
4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged.
5. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of haqdaq.com after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
